User Data Deletion
This page explains how you can delete your Crystal Heart Flow account and the personal data associated with it. You can do this yourself at any time, or contact us for help.
Delete your account yourself
You can permanently delete your Crystal Heart Flow account and all associated data directly from the app — no need to contact us.
Steps:
- Sign in to your Crystal Heart Flow account.
- Open Profile from the navigation.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
When you confirm, Crystal Heart Flow permanently removes your:
- Generated content pieces
- Brand profiles
- Connected social accounts
- Credit balances and subscription links
This action cannot be undone. Limited billing records may be retained where required for tax or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Need help?
If you can't access your account, or would like us to assist with deletion or a full data export, contact us through the Contact page. We'll respond within one month and complete your request without undue delay.
What about data held by connected platforms?
Disconnecting or deleting your Crystal Heart Flow account removes your connection references here. Any posts you have already published to a connected platform (such as LinkedIn, Facebook Pages or Instagram Business) remain on that platform and are governed by that platform's own terms and deletion controls.
